As of April 4, 2025, aluminum scrap prices remained unchanged across various categories. Aluminum ingots showed no change, while aluminum radiators and aluminum transformers held steady. The price of E.C aluminum wire remained the same, and old cast prices were flat. Similarly, old sheets and UBC saw no movement on the index, and Zorba 90% INF prices remained unchanged from the previous day.
Steel Scrap Prices Stable
Steel scrap prices also showed no movement on April 4, 2025. #1 HMS prices held steady, and cast iron scrap prices remained unchanged.
Stainless Steel Scrap Prices Remain Flat
Stainless steel scrap prices were stable across multiple categories. The price of 201 SS did not change, while 304 SS solid and 304 SS turning showed no variation from the previous day. Prices for 309 SS and 316 SS remained steady, and 310 SS solid scrap prices were flat. Shred SS prices also saw no variation.
Brass/Bronze Scrap Prices Hold Firm
Brass and bronze scrap prices in China remained stable. Brass radiator scrap prices showed no change on April 4, 2025. Red brass and yellow brass prices also remained flat on the index. The market continued to show stability, with no significant fluctuations in metal scrap prices across major categories.
